What we're teaching on |

A Blissful Journey

Learn the essence of Buddha's most famous teaching: the Four Noble Truths give a concise and practical explanation of the path to complete freedom and bliss.

What happens at a class |

The classes are designed for modern people, with an emphasis on practical application of Buddha's teachings. Each class includes teaching and meditations, with the opportunity to ask questions - if you wish. You are welcome to just sit and listen.
No special clothing is required, we sit on chairs and you don't need to book. And everyone is welcome, whatever your level of experience or interest. This class is a branch of Kadampa Meditaton Centre Australia
